In Part 1, I argued that Idi Amin was the Greatest Ugandan because he came to epitomize brutality and negativity in leaders – alongside Caligula, Mussolini and Hitler. He, in simple terms, Africanized and Ugandanized state impunity. Because Black People allowed themselves to be led by this buffoon [and others still at large], the buffoon is greater than his equals.
